This job fair was organized by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education. It was organized by the Guangdong Small and Medium sized Enterprise Service Center, the Guangdong Provincial Employment Service Administration, and Guizhou University of Finance and Economics. More than 100 leaders from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education, the Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, as well as representatives of industry and information bureaus, human resources and social security bureaus, and entrepreneurs from various cities in Guangdong attended the launch ceremony.

This event invited nearly 300 high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises from Guangdong Province to participate, including 165 high-quality enterprises such as "Little Giant", "Specialized and Innovative Small and Medium sized Enterprises", and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, accounting for 55%. The participating enterprises involved many industries such as new materials, new generation information technology, new energy sources, equipment manufacturing, intelligent automation, etc., covering electronic engineering, management, pharmaceutical and chemical engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing Multiple professional categories such as mechatronics, computer science, and industrial product design provide over 8000 job positions for graduates.
